PSC to file appeal against Administrative Tribunal's order extending rank list

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) will file an appeal in the High Court against the Kerala Administrative Tribunal's order extending the rank list of Last Grade Servants, which expires on August 4, till September 29. The decision will be taken at the commission meeting on Monday.

The PSC will approach the court arguing that the rank list cannot be extended without a government decision and that there was a technical problem in extending only one list, excluding other lists that had been extended for the same period.
