Intelligence report says team from Sri Lanka likely to stay in Kerala before moving to Pakistan; high alert in Kerala

ALAPPUZHA: An intelligence report stated that a team from Sri Lanka is likely to stay in Kerala before heading to Pakistan. According to the report, the 13-member team, which will reach Kerala by sea, is likely to stay in Alappuzha. The state police have been informed that the team was planning to move from Alappuzha to Pakistan by land or sea.

The police have been instructed to conduct inspections at resorts, homestays and other tourism centres and check the travel documents of the suspects. They have also been asked to take precautionary measures by informing the coastal vigilance committee.
