KOCHI: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) will probe the antiquities fraud case. Notice was issued to the complainants including Yaqoob to appear to testify along with the documents. The government had alleged in the high court that it was vested interests behind the ED's intervention. The crime branch has not yet replied to ED's letter.

The crime branch registered a case against Anitha Pullayil, an Italy based Keralite, for revealing the name of the victim in the POCSO case against Monson Mavunkal, self-styled antique dealer. During a channel discussion, Anitha revealed the name of the victim. Anitha's statement will be taken in the incident. Anitha, a close friend of Monson Mavunkal, later broke up ties with Monson. It was Anitha who introduced Monson to top police officials and politicians in the state. She is facing an investigation on all these things.
