THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala government on Tuesday issued an order revoking the suspension of Chief Minister's former principal secretary M Sivasankar. Earlier, the high-level committee chaired by the Chief Secretary had recommended to the government to reinstate Sivasankar.
Sivasankar's post will be decided later. He has service until January 2023.
Sivasankar's suspension was prompted by his close association with the accused in the gold smuggling case and his knowledge of the appointment of Swapna Suresh to government office.
