Malayaee woman in Australia lodges complaint against celebrity make-up artist Anees Ansari

KOCHI: One more woman has lodged a complaint against Aneez Ansari, native of Chakkaraparambu in Ernakulam and a famous bridal make-up artist. He is a famous make-up artist of many including film stars.

A Malayalee woman working in Australia lodged a complaint to the commissioner via e-mail Sunday morning at 9 am. Her complaint said that she had approached the celebrity make-up artist at the time of her marriage and while applying make-up he assaulted her physically. She said she was afraid to file a complaint then. She said she lodged a complaint now as more complaints were lodged against him. The woman in her complaint said that she was ready to give more statements if a case is registered against him.

However, the police said they have received many complaints against Anees but many cannot be considered as written complaints. Investigators say such complaints are likely to be dismissed by the court. It can be considered as written complaints only if they are signed. Therefore, the police are trying to get a written complaint from the woman. Makeup artist Anees Ansari is still at large.
