KOCHI: Senior Congress leader K V Thomas has once again levelled harsh criticism against the Congress leadership. He said it was not right that he was not invited to the political affairs committee.
Leaders, including Sudhakaran, have an agenda to oust me from the party. The group leaders are trying to expel me. There is nothing wrong in attending the CPM party congress, Thomas said.
No disciplinary action has been initiated against me. I have only been given a show cause notice to which I have replied via e-mail. I have also sent a reply by post. Yet, I was not invited to the Congress meeting. Why, he asked. In my case all are unitedly trying to oust me. None of the leaders, who knew that I had not been invited to the meeting, asked Sudhakaran about it, Thomas pointed out. No matter how hard anyone tries, I will always remain a Congressman both mentally and physically, he added.
