Nayanthara didn't forget her Guru; Sathyan Anthikad was a special guest at wedding

Actress Nayanthara had not forgotten her Guru, who brought her into the film world, as she steps into her married life. Director Sathyan Anthikad was also present as a special guest at the star-wedding, last day. Diana Kurian aka Nayanthara had made her film debut through Sathyan Anthikad’s movie. He had arrived at Nayanthara’s house following special invitation.

​​Nayanthara made her debut into the cinema world through Sathyan Anthikad’s ‘Manassinakkare’ in 2003. From then onwards, her journey to the status of south India’s star queen is truly inspiring. As the star couple tied the knot after being in love for years, only a handful of actors were invited to their special day. From Malayalam film industry, actor Dileep was also invited along with Sathyan Anthikad. Celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Rajinikanth, Suriya, Vijay Sethupathi, Vijay, Karthi, Sarathkumar, director Mani Ratnam, K S Ravikumar and producer Boney Kapoor attended the wedding.

​​​As the wedding photo and streaming rights were sold to an OTT platform, the phone cameras, including those of guests, were covered with stickers. The entry into the beach at the backside of the resort was halted due to security reasons. Kathal biriyani and Elaneer payasam were the major attractions in the food menu. Food was also distributed to about one lakh people
