Good players learn from their mistakes, but Pant hasn't; Dale Steyn criticizes Indian captain

MUMBAI:Former South African fast bowler Dale Steyn has criticized Indian captain Rishabh Pant on South African tour. 'Good players learn from their mistakes, he hasn't', said Steyn. Pant who led the team in all the four matches in this series has made the same mistakes. He also said to include a player to who is in a good form to the team for the world cup in Australia.

Meanwhile Steyn praised Dinesh Karthik who returned to the team after a long break. Stein said that some players are included in the team based on their reputation and past performances but Karthik is in the team because of his talent. 'Karthik is in such fantastic form, and if he continues he will be one of the first names written down on the plane when India tour for the World Cup', he explained.

Karthik's batting skill helped India to secure a good score in the fourth T20I against South Africa. Karthik, who batted in the 13th over, had a slow start and then striked harder and helped India put up a much better total. Karthik's 55 off 27 balls helped India reach 169 for six in the allotted 20 overs. South Africa were all out for 87. The two teams are currently tied after winning two games each in the five-match T20 series.
