‘Pappan’ is a movie starring Suresh Gopi along with his son Gokul Suresh. The film, directed by Joshiy, is all set to hit theatres on July 29. Now, the actor has revealed that he treated Gokul like any other actor in the sets.

“I have only given Gokul the consideration of an actor, who came to act with me. He has told everyone that he maintains a respectable distance with his father. He is very scared of me and likewise. So I decided, we should be like that at least in front of the locals in that location.

He was a very independent performer. Gokul has done his part clearly. I doubt if Joshiyettan has shown him a bit more mercy. I have been jealous of him, many times. During my initial days, when I acted in Joshiyettan’s movies, he used to yell at me a lot. I even ran away from the sets in Delhi. However, I couldn’t see that stubborn person in front of Gokul and several other actors”, said Suresh Gopi.
