As per BCCI rules, no Indian player, who is part of the IPL, can feature in any other overseas league. If he goes to play in foreign leagues without permission, then the player will lose the privileges of the cricket board. As a result, only those Indian players who have announced their retirement from international and domestic competitions have played in foreign leagues.
