'Adipurush' is a much-anticipated film for Prabhas fans who are waiting for a hit after 'Baahubali'. The teaser of the film was released last day. But the teaser, which gives importance to VFX, disappointed the fans. It was brutally trolled on social media. Some trolls stated that the teaser of the film with a huge star cast is like a cartoon and should be released on a Kochu TV (cartoon channel) and that the satellite copyright of the film has been sold to Pogo Channel. 500-crore budget of Adipurush is also a reason for criticism. Meanwhile, NY VFXwalla, the VFX company owned by actor Ajay Devgn, has come out with an explanation regarding this news.
NY VFXwalla has clarified that they have not worked/are not working on the CG/special effects of Adipurush. An official note on their behalf clarified, ‘we are putting this on record because we have been asked by a few media people.’
Prabhas is portraying Lord Rama in the big budget film based on Ramayana and fans had high hopes for the film. But with the release of the teaser, it is estimated that those expectations were shattered.

The film has a huge star cast including Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon. The teaser release was held on the banks of the Sarayu River in Ayodhya. Within seconds of its release, social media was flooded with posts making fun of the teaser.
Some have also shared the opinion that the teaser has bad VFX because the post-production work of the film has not been completed. Apart from Hindi, 'Adipurush' is slated for release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The film is directed and scripted by Om Raut. The film, jointly produced by T-Series and Retrophiles, will hit the theatres on January 12, which can be enjoyed in IMAX 3D format.
