Greeshma used Copper sulphate bought by uncle for murder; told Sharon about giving poison she reveals in confession statement

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Greeshma's confession statement reveals that she had told Sharon that she had mixed poison in the ayurvedic potion. But Greeshma also says that Sharon had told her not to reveal this. Greeshma admitted during the interrogation that she had mixed the Copper sulphate bought by her uncle for agricultural purposes. So, the investigation might be focused on Greeshma's uncle as well. The investigation team concluded that someone else was directly involved in the crime along with Greeshma. As a result, Greeshma's parents are also being questioned.

Greeshma decided to kill Sharon as another marriage was arranged for her. She had clearly executed the murder and even searched the internet. There will be further investigation to know how Greeshma received the poison. 22-year-old Greeshma is a post-graduation student in English.

When Sharon came to her home to collect the record book, she poisoned the ayurvedic potion while he was away to wash his face. Sharon's mother alleged that Greeshma had poisoned Sharon before. The mother said that there was superstition behind his murder. Greeshma, a native of Ramavarmanchira in Tamil Nadu, confessed the crime during an eight-hour long interrogation.
