Novelist K Indira passes away

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: K Indira (82), wife of the late poet Kilimanoor Ramakanthan and novelist passed away after suffering a heart attack at 11 pm on Monday. Indira, who retired as PWD Senior Superintendent, authored 11 books. Her novel 'Verillatha Marangal' has been translated into Telugu. She wrote a biography of Kilimanoor Ramakanthan called 'Ormakallu'. Her other works are Hasthinapurathinte Vadhu, Oru Uthrada Rathriyude Ormmaykku, Kapilavasthuvilekkulla Vazhi, Samasyakal Thedi, Kadalkanipara Sakshi, Italyile Vanambady, Daashaputhri, Atharvan and Tekkipparavakal.
