19-year-old of capital city held for sexually abusing minor from Kozhikode

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A 19-year-old youth has been arrested for sexually abusing a minor girl whom he met via Instagram. The arrested has been identified as Ashish of Neyyattinkara. He sexually abused a 17-year-old girl from Kozhikode.

The youth was working in a private firm near Chengalpattu in Tamil Nadu. He took the girl whom he met via Instagram to Chennai on the pretext of love.

He sexually abused her in a room in Chennai. He then made her get on a train to Kozhikode. The police reached Chennai and arrested the accused on the complaint of her family.
