Renowned scientist and former Keltron chairman Dr AD Damodaran passes away

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Eminent scientist and Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) director AD Damodaran (87) has passed away. His wife is Dr EM Malavathi, daughter of EMS. He was under treatment for a few days and died this morning.

Damodaran first worked at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. He was also the chairman of Keltron. He is a member of Vadakancherry Alathur Mana family. The body has been kept for public viewing at his house in Mangalam Lane, Sasthamangalam. The funeral is at tomorrow morning 9 am at Santhi Kavadam.
