NEW DELHI: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman said the Indian economy is on the path of growth. The World has recognized India as a bright star and the strength of the Indian economy. The whole world is appreciating India, she said while presenting the budget.
The finance minister said this budget has seven priority objectives. The priorities are inclusive development, reaching the last mile, agriculture and investment, unleashing potential, green growth, youth power and the financial sector.
This is the last full budget of the Modi government before the Lok Sabha elections. This time too it is a paperless budget. The people are expecting a popular announcement.
