RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has launched a new platform to ease the visa process for people visiting the country. The officials said that through this app called KSA Visa, it is possible to apply for Hajj, Umrah visit, business visa, tourist visa and other visas easily. Around 30 ministries and other departments have been linked on the platform. Therefore, the visa process will be easy. Officials also stated that AI technology has also been used in this app to provide necessary assistance to the visitors.

The new platform was launched as a result of the directive of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and follow-up by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The aim of the new platform is to ease the most difficult visa process for visitors to the country. Details of available visas are also available in the app.
