School Kalolsavam; Mohanlal as chief guest at closing ceremony

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Mohanlal will be the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the State School Kalolsavam, said Education Minister V Sivankutty. He also stated that those who have served as judges for three consecutive terms in competitions will be excluded. The minister added that the judges will be under vigilance surveillance.

"Affidavits will be taken from the judges. The conclave has appointed a three-member committee to study the labour code. The committee members are former Supreme Court judge Gopala Gowda as chairman, Prof. Shyam Sundar and Adv. Varkichan Petta. Two labour research scholars will also be part of the committee. The preliminary report will be submitted within a month. The committee will examine all aspects related to the labour code. The Union Labour Minister, along with the labour leaders, will be met," said V Sivankutty.
