Alencier looking frail and weak, does the actor have a serious illness? director responds

A recent image of actor Alencier from the film 'Vere Oru Case' circulated on social media, sparking widespread worry among his fans. In the picture, Alencier is seen dressed in a police uniform, looking visibly frail and tired.

The image sparked speculation and worry, with many taking to social media to inquire about the actor's well-being. However, he did not respond to these questions. Now, the director Shebi Chawghat has come forward addressing these answered these rumours.

In an interview with a media outlet, Shebi said that Alencier is completely healthy. "When I went to see Alencier to talk about his role, I jokingly asked him to lose some weight and even gave him some tips for that. However, when I later saw him on the film’s set, I was shocked by his appearance and asked him if he was unwell. He explained that he was on a diet for the movie," Shebi said.

The director further noted that Alencier remained energetic throughout the shooting, sometimes working until midnight, and was in full health during the dubbing sessions held a few days ago.
