Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has secured the top position on IMDb's list of Top 100 Most Viewed Indian Stars of the Last Decade. The list of the most viewed Indian stars is determined by the actual page views of more than 250 million monthly visitors to IMDb worldwide. Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has secured the second spot on the list.
After making her Bollywood debut in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer "Om Shanti Om," Deepika went on to feature in a number of successful blockbusters throughout her career. She also acted in the Hollywood film 'xXx: Return of Xander Cage' alongside Vin Diesel in 2017.
"I’m deeply grateful to be included in a list that captures the sentiment of a global audience. This recognition is truly humbling and inspires me to continue connecting with and reciprocating the love I receive from audiences, both on and off screen, with authenticity and purpose,” Deepika said.
Deepika will be next seen in 'Kalki 2898 AD' alongside Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan.
Some of the other prominent stars on the list are Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Irrfan Khan, Aamir Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput. South Indian actress Nayanthara was also included in the top 20.
