College professor catches wife with colleague, parades them on street over extramarital affair

A man roughed up his wife and paraded her along with her friend for covertly being in an extramarital relationship. The husband, a college professor, allegedly beat up and abused his wife, a teacher, after he allegedly caught her with a colleague at home. Footage of him garlanding his wife and stripping her male colleague and parading them through the road is circulating on social media.

The incident took place in Odisha's Puri district on Tuesday night. The wife was living in a rented house on her own after disputes with her husband. On Tuesday, the husband and his friends barged into the rented house and saw the teacher along with her colleague. The gang roughed up the duo and made them walk on the street for everyone to see.

As neighbours watched, the husband and his associates garlanded the couple and stripped the young man naked. The couple was made to walk towards the police station. As per reports, the husband and his gang were arrested by police for insulting womanhood and attacking the duo. An investigation is ongoing in the case.
