Case against man for brutally attacking wife in Kottayam

KOTTAYAM: A complaint has been filed against a man for brutally beating his wife at Kumaranalloor. Jayan Sreedharan brutally beat his 39-year-old wife Remya Mohan. The woman sustained serious injuries on her face. The incident happened last Saturday night. She was under treatment for two days at the Kottayam Medical College Hospital.

The woman told media that he attacks her always for no reason. The couple has three children. Remya said that he beats children also. She said when they were in Qatar, he used to attack her. The Kottayam West Police have registered a case on her complaint. Jayan is on the run.
