Serial actress reveals harassment faced in husband’s house over black magic

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A serial actress complained of continuous harassment from her husband and his family in the name of black magic. The actress, who hails from Nemom in Thiruvananthapuram, came forward with a complaint against her husband and his family from Vellayani.

The woman disclosed to 24News that she and her six-year-old daughter are constantly being pressured for black magic. The family demanded a divorce from her to remove her husband's bad omen while the woman accused of covering up superstition in the name of dowry harassment.

The couple got married six years ago. However, the woman said that for six years, they have been harassing her.

'They harass me and my daughter in the name of black magic. They will then ask me to eat the items kept for the pooja. They later pressured my daughter for that and used to take her to places for pooja. I am now estranged from my husband. The actress said that her in-laws want her to divorce him.’
