KOCHI: A high-level meeting was held under the leadership of Minister Veena George to discuss the health issues that arose after the Brahmapuram fire. The minister informed that the health workers will visit the houses and conduct a survey.

Anyone with symptoms related to fire and smoke inhalation will be identified and treated appropriately. Children, elderly, pregnant women, and those with other illnesses should be careful specifically. People with respiratory problems should see a doctor as soon as possible. The minister also instructed to ensure adequate facilities in all hospitals.

Meanwhile, the court asked the corporation about the current situation in Brahmapuram. The court informed that the judges and staff were suffering from headaches. The corporation replied that the fire was completely extinguished.
