Ruckus over boarding bus with dog; clash erupts between youths and students

KOTTARAKKARA: A clash occurred between a group of students and two youths inside a private bus in Kollam. The incident took place in Puthoor in Kollam. The clash erupted after the bus crew and students questioned the youths for getting on the bus with a dog. Amal and Vishnu, natives of Kaithacode, have been taken into police custody in connection with the incident.

The youths boarded the bus with the dog from Puthoor. However, the bus crew refused to allow the dog on board, citing that there would be congestion when students board the bus. This led to an argument, and the students on the bus intervened in the matter. The argument eventually resulted in a clash between the youths and students. It is said that the youths were under the influence of alcohol.
