KOZHIKODE: Samastha leader Nasar Faizi Koodathayi said that the pledge included in the 'Gender campaign' circular issued by Kudumbashree is a violation of the fundamental rights enlisted in the constitution. As part of the Gender Campaign conducted by the Union Ministry of Rural Development, the Government of Kerala is conducting various projects through Kudumbashree from November 25 to December 23. As part of this, circulars were given to all districts, grama panchayats and Kudumbashree units in the state by district mission coordinator. Samastha leader alleges fundamental right violation in these circulars.

Nasar Faizi points out through a Facebook post that it is unconstitutional to give equal property rights to sons and daughters as stated in the pledge.
