Ex-serviceman certificate is sufficient for posts that doesn't demand SSLC qualification

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Cabinet meeting has decided to issue an order giving eligibility to ex-servicemen who have obtained army matriculation certificate or similar certificate issued by navy and air force for appointment in posts where SSLC pass is not required.

The Resilient Kerala Development Program implemented under the Rebuild Kerala Initiative will be approved to receive €100 million assistance from French bank AFD. RKI Additional Chief Secretary and CEO will be assigned to sign the agreement for this. The Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday has also took many other decisions like allotting Rs 1 lakh to the victims who drowned to death in Guruvayur.
