THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The court has rejected the bail pleas of three employees of actor and BJP leader Krishna Kumar’s daughter Diya Krishna’s firm ‘Oh by Ozy’. The court rejected the bail pleas of the accused Vineetha, Divya and Radha in the financial fraud case. The police had yesterday informed that no evidence has been found against Krishna Kumar and Diya in the case of kidnapping the employees. The police had clarified this in the report submitted to the Thiruvananthapuram Principal Sessions Court, considering the anticipatory bail pleas of Krishna Kumar and Diya. The hearing on their anticipatory bail pleas has been completed.

The police said in the report that no evidence has been found except that the complainants were kidnapped. The court had granted anticipatory bail to Adarsh, the husband of Vineetha, the first accused in the case, and the fourth accused.

The Museum Police registered a case against Krishna Kumar and his daughter Diya Krishna on the complaint of female employees of Diya's firm 'Oh by Ozy’. The complaint is that they kidnapped the employees, threatened them and stole money. The museum police have registered two cases against them.

Krishna Kumar had earlier filed a complaint alleging that the employees of the institution had swindled Rs 69 lakh. Based on this complaint, the police had registered a case against the employees. Following this, the employees filed a complaint against Krishna Kumar and Diya. However, the actor said the complaint is false.
