THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government has issued an order relaxing the treasury restriction in the state of Kerala. From tomorrow, there will be no restrictions on approving bills up to Rs 25 lakh. The bill limit was reduced to rupees five lakhs on September 19 due to the financial crisis. Bills and transactions above that required the prior approval of the Finance Department. That has now been raised to 25 lakhs.
