"Distribution of kerosene will start from tomorrow. Discussions have been held with the ration representatives," the minister said. GR Anil said that the centre has been reducing the kerosene for Kerala for the past several years. 5.676 kiloliters of kerosene has been allocated for the first quarter of this year. Due to the shortfall in kerosene allocation, many wholesale depots were non-functional for more than a year.
