Youth found dead in kin’s house; police stop family's move to bury body quickly

ALAPPUZHA: The move to bury the body of a youth found dead at his relative's house quickly has been stopped. The dead is Arjun (20) of Mannancherry. The youth was found hanging at his grandfather's house. However, the family did not try to take him to the hospital or call a doctor to confirm his death.

They decide to bury the body quickly. The police reached the spot after receiving information and stopped the cremation. The body has been shifted to the hospital for postmortem.

His family said that Arjun was staying with his grandparents as there was no space in his own house. The police said that they will conduct a detailed investigation into the incident.
