‘Had advised him many times, no point in saying anything more,’ Beena Antony on demise of Vishnu Prasad

Actress Beena Antony paid her last respects to film and serial actor Vishnu Prasad. She clarified that she had told him many times not to give up on life and that there is no point in saying anything more.

'My dear brother who gave up on life at such a young age. We have been friends since he played my younger brother in a serial. I have told him many times directly that he should not give up on life. There is no point in saying anything more. Everything is over. Farewell dear brother. May he rest in eternal peace,' wrote Beena Antony on Instagram.

Vishnu Prasad was undergoing treatment for liver ailments for quite some time. He died last night at a private hospital in Ernakulam. He will be laid to rest tomorrow. Actor Kishore Sathya announced his demise on Facebook. The family was making all arrangements for his liver transplant surgery. His daughter was ready to donate her liver. He died while they were trying to raise a huge amount for his surgery.

He has acted in films like Mambazhakalam, Runway, Lion, Ben Johnson, Lokanathan IAS, Kashi, Kaiyethum Doorath and many serials.

He leaves behind his wife and has two daughters.
