'Not Rs 50,000 a day'; Renu Sudhi talks about Bigg Boss season 7 remuneration

Renu Sudhi, wife of late actor Kollam Sudhi, was one of the first contestants of Bigg Boss season 7 Malayalam. Surprisingly, she decided to walk out of the show after experiencing mental distress inside the house. Renu stayed in the show for a total of 35 days.

“When my husband died, many people came to show their love, and they were with me through thick and thin. However, inside the Bigg Boss' house, I felt isolated and adding to the trouble was my ill health. I wanted Lalettan to call me on Bigg Boss for at least one day to make my naysayers seethe in pain watching it.”

There were earlier reports of the actress receiving Rs. 50,000 per day for participating in Bigg Boss. Renu has denied this in a recent online interview. Renu did not reveal her exact remuneration for the show but labelled the earlier one as fake news. More details regarding this may come out in the coming days.
