Woman who rings the house bells naked at night; police shares information obtained during investigation and a request

LUCKNOW: More information is out about the girl who bravely walks naked through the streets of UP in extreme cold. CCTV footage of the unidentified woman walking at night in Uttar Pradesh's Rampur has surfaced. The police launched an investigation after the video went viral on social media. The police revealed that the wandering woman has mental illness and has been under treatment for five years. Rampur police collected the information in the incident. The police came to know about the matter after finding the girl's parents. The police also said that they were instructed not to let the woman go out of the house at night.
