KOCHI: Actor Unni Mukundan’s advocate Saiby Jose Kidangoor has claimed in the High court that he had not filed a forged affidavit in court in the sexual assault case. The voice message of the complainant is with him. She had shown her intention to settle the case through an email.

But the complainant approached the court stating that this was false. Then the court asked Unni Mukundan to submit a detailed affidavit.
The incident related to the case took place in 2017. A stay was granted in the case in 2021 as informed by Saiby Jose. This was withdrawn by High Court last week. The case was that Unni Mukundan tried to sexually assault the woman who had come for movie discussion in a flat in Kochi.
