THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Air India Express bound to Damam from Karipur made an emergency landing in the capital city due to a technical snag. Flight IX 385 made an emergency landing in the airport. All passengers are safe.
The decision was taken to make an emergency landing in the capital city following suspicion of a snag in the flight’s hydraulic system. It was suspected that the rear of the plane hit the runway during take-off. Following this, there was a suspicion that there was a fault in the hydraulic system. There was a total of 183 passengers in the flight.
