The trailer of ‘Neelavelicham’, a remake of the movie ‘Bhargavi Nilayam’, directed by A Vincent and written by Vaikom Muhammad Basheer, has been released. ‘Neelavelicham’ starring Tovino Thomas and Rima Kallingal is directed by Aashiq Abu. Roshan Mathew and Shine Tom Chacko are also among the cast. The film will hit the theaters on April 20.
The film is produced by Aashiq Abu and Rima Kallingal under the banner of OPM Cinemas. Rishikesh Bhaskaran has written the additional screenplay of the film.
A new version of song 'Thamasamenthe Varuvan' originally composed by MS Baburaj with lyrics by P Bhaskaran for ‘Bhargavi Nilayam’, has been used in ‘Neelavelicham’. The song was released as tribute to MS Baburaj. Shahbaz Aman has sung the new version of the song which was originally sung by Yesudas. The music directors are Bijibal and Rex Vijayan.
