NEW DELHI: The 72-member cabinet under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi took oath in a ceremony held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan yesterday. Around 7,000 guests including heads of state of neighboring countries participated in the ceremony. A strange incident that took place during the swearing-in ceremony is going viral on social media.
While BJP MP Durga Das Uikey was completing the procedures regarding documents after his oath-taking process, a creature was spotted behind him. A creature is seen walking the steps of the stage. Arguments are being raised on social media that it was a cat, a dog or a leopard that strolled the steps. The footage is going viral.

Of the 30 cabinet ministers in the 72-member cabinet, 25 are from the BJP. Allies TDP, JDU, JDS, LJP and HAM are also represented. The TDP and JDU parties have a cabinet and a minister of state, while the RLD and the Shiv Sena have a minister of independent charge. Minister of State for RPI and Apnadal.
