BENGALURU: Congress is regaling the results of the Karnataka elections. The grand old party has crossed the majority numbers and is strongly setting the stones for a comeback that was never a surprise since the exit polls moreover predicted the exact numbers. However, another interesting incident happened today amidst the celebrations in the congress camp.
While the people are all jaunty and capering to rhythmic beats in the congress office, the BJP office was left isolated with party members leaving the premise. In Shiggaon, the empty BJP office had a surprise visitor, a snake, and that too a venomous cobra. Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai was at the office during the incident. The video has now turned viral making troll material for the congress camp.
The numbers are still favoring Congress. If the trend keeps moving without much of a tectonic change, congress can singly rule Karnataka without relying on regional power JDS.
