Groped girl student and escaped from train; social media helps arrest Thrissur native from Kasargod

KASARGOD: A Thrissur native was arrested for moving ahead with sexual innuendos at a girl student while on a train. K V Saneesh was arrested from Kanhangad by the railway police. The incident happened in Chennai-Manglore express and his photo was widely circulated in social media spaces since.

Saneesh tried sexual approaches with the medical student. Shocking all passengers on the train, the student screamed which forced Saneesh to jump at Neeleswaram railway station. She later registered a case with railway police and shared the image taken from her phone. The image later got publicized through social media. Saneesh was eating at a roadside shop in Kottacherry when the people gathered nearby recognized him through the shared image. He was caught and later handed to Kasargod railway police.
