Sexual harassment in MCH; Survivor files complaint for not including her points in medical report

KOZHIKODE: The survivor has demanded a re-investigation in the medical college sexual abuse case. The woman filed a complaint with the city police commissioner pointing that the medical report did not include the points she said.

Her complaint said that she got the copy of the medical report the other day and only then understood that many of the things she said were not in it. She also alleged that an attempt is being made to save the accused in the case.

K Saseendran, a native of Vadakara and a hospital employee, tried to abuse her when she was in a semi-conscious state in the ICU after thyroid surgery. She later disclosed the information to her husband and following that, a complaint was lodged. The incident happened in March.
