Black magic controversy: Being harassed, says former deputy commissioner

controversy

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Former Deputy Commissioner SV Sisir, who has recently transferred, has alleged that there is an attempt to harass him in connection with the black magic controversy at the tax tower in Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, which is the headquarters of the state goods and services tax department. He complained that some were raising objections focusing on an unrelated issue and that this story was born out of the malice of some people belonging to the opposing sections.

In the cupboard of the deputy commissioner's cabin in the tax tower, items relating to black magic were found. This was discovered after the existing Deputy Commissioner was replaced by a new person. With this, he also changed the cabin, sparking a big debate.
