School bus and auto rickshaw collide in Kasaragod; five dead

KASARAGOD: Five people died in a collision between a school bus and an autorickshaw in Badiyadka, Kasaragod. Four of the deceased were auto-rickshaw passengers. The incident took place in Badiyadka Pallathadka this evening. It is reported that three women passengers and the auto driver died.

A part of the autorickshaw was completely destroyed. Another person in the auto is in critical condition. The accident happened when the school bus was returning after dropping the children back home. There were no children on the bus which prevented a major accident.
