Renowned environmentalist Professor T Sobheendran passes away

KOZHIKODE: Prominent environmentalist Professor T Sobheendran (76) passed away on Thursday night. He died while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Kozhikode following a heart attack. He was a teacher at Guruvayoorappan College, Kozhikode. He had acted in films such as 'Amma Ariyaan' and 'Shutter'.

Professor T Sobhindran was a person who lived in harmony with the environment. He was very active in several environmental activities in Kerala. He was a regular participant, including in the Wayanad Pass rain walk.
