NEW DELHI: A fourth flight from Israel has reached Delhi as part of Operation Ajay. Air India Express with 274 passengers reached the Indira Gandhi International Airport Sunday morning around 7.50 am. Reports said that 18 of them are Malayalees. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar shared their pictures from the airport on X.
The flight took off from Ben Gurion Airport in Israel at 11.45 pm local time. The third flight carrying 197 Indians took off around 5.40 pm local time yesterday. Union Minister Kaushal Kishore received them.
All were brought home freely. Others registered to return to India from Israel as part of the Operation Ajay mission will be brought on subsequent flights. A 24-hour control room has been opened at Kerala House in Delhi to help Malayalees arriving from Israel. Thirty-three Malayalees arrived in the country yesterday.
