KOCHI: The Lokayukta Full Bench will give its verdict tomorrow on the plea on the diversion of Chief Minister's relief fund. The three-judge bench will pronounce its verdict at 2:30 pm tomorrow. The judgment will be passed on the petition filed alleging the diversion of relief funds in violation of rules with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and 18 ministers as opposing parties.

On March 31, the Lokayukta Division Bench had delivered a split verdict following which the case was referred to the Full Bench. The interim plea by complainant RS Sasikumar to exclude Upalokayuktas Justices Harun-Ul-Rashid and Babu Mathew P Joseph from pronouncing the verdict will also be heard on Monday. The petition was filed in 2018. In 2019, a three-judge bench of the Lokayukta examined the validity of the complaint after detailed arguments and ordered a detailed investigation.
