Pooja Bumper: Ticket JC253199 wins first prize, ticket sold in Kasaragod

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala lottery department announced the results of Pooja Bumper. The ticket sold in Kasargod has got the first prize. Ticket JC253199 won the first prize of Rs 12 crore sold by Bharat lottery agent in Hosangadi. The agency is owned by Marykutty Jojo.

The lots were drawn at the Gorky Bhavan in the capital city. The second prize of Rs one crore will be shared by four people. The third prize of Rs 10 lakhs each will be shared by ten. The fourth prize is Rs 3 lakh. Four will get Rs one lakh each as consolation prize.

The tickets are in five series namely JA, JB, JC, JD and JE. The ticket price was Rs 300. More than 30 lakh tickets were sold. The lottery result is available on the website www.statelottery.kerala.gov.in. Bumper lotteries are the lottery with the highest sales and prize money. Apart from the Pooja bumper, the state lottery department is releasing five bumpers.

Meantime, the prize money of Christmas Bumper has been increased to Rs 20 crore. Last year the prize money was 16 crores. The price of the ticket is Rs 400. 20 people will get Rs 1 crore as second prize.
