KALPETTA: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has changed his stance on the Navakerala Sadas event in Mattannur constituency. "Idid not say that the one in Mattanur was a small event. Mattannur is a place where big events can be organized in Kerala and there was a crowd of that level", CM Vijayan said in the Navakerala Sadas held in Kalpetta in Wayanad.
