Charred body of woman found in swimming pool in private farm., husband and brother's wife taken into police custody

KATTAPPANA: The charred body of a woman was found on Friday afternoon in the swimming pool of a private farm in Vazhavara in Idukki. The dead body has been identified as Joyce Abraham (50) of Morpala in Vazhavara. Her husband Abraham and his younger brother's wife Diana were taken into custody by Thangamani police in connection with the incident. The body was found by those who came to visit the farm.

Joyce and Abraham, who were abroad, returned home four months ago. They stayed with their younger brother in the ancestral house where the farm is located.

The dead body was shifted to the medical college. The investigation into the incident is in progress.
