Lewd texts, nudes through WhatsApp; Malayalam actress files complaint

jipsa-beegum-actress

Actress Jipsa Beegum loves modelling and is a very active presence on social media. It is normal for Jipsa to encounter people who reach her through social media with obscene messages and requests. She would block them at once and the trouble would slowly subside. However, just days back, something happened that Jipsa was not ready to face. It rather shocked her and made her ponder about her security.

A few days back, one anonymous message reached her phone. Jipsa didn’t open it as she thought it to be a scam. Later, incessant calls reached her phone from this same number and even video call requests were made. This forced Jipsa to open the messages from this number. According to the actress, it was a young boy as he looked 19. Jipsa asked about his identity but the teen had other ideas. The stranger sent nude photos of him to Jipsa and typed salacious messages.

She warned him but the stranger paid no heed. This forced Jipsa to go for legal measures. She texted back about moving to the police station with a complaint. Later, the teen blocked Jipsa and faded out of the picture. A cyber case has been filed and according to reports, the culprit has been found.

Amidst big support, Jipsa is also facing a massive cyber-attack for showing valiance to go against such unscrupulous people. Many of these contrarian voices are long-time critics of Jipsa's bold modelling pictures. The actress has shared the screenshot of WhatsApp messages she received on her Facebook page.
